FAQ's
Research Use & Compliance
Are these products for human consumption?
No. All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and analytical research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, and we make no therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical claims.
Do you provide preparation protocols or application guidance?
No. We do not provide preparation protocols, concentration guidance, or application instructions. Researchers are expected to possess the necessary qualifications and employ their own validated laboratory methodologies.
What are my responsibilities as a buyer?
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring lawful use, proper handling, and compliance with all local, state, federal, and international regulations regarding import, possession, and use of research compounds.
Where can I learn more about specific peptides?
We provide detailed research overviews for our key peptides:
- What Is Retatrutide? - Triple-agonist metabolic peptide
- What Is BPC-157? - Body composition and repair peptide
- What Is TB-500? - Thymosin beta-4 fragment
- What Is GHK-Cu? - Copper peptide for dermal research

Product Information & Storage
What does "lyophilised" mean?
Lyophilisation is a freeze-drying process that removes water from a sample while preserving its molecular structure. We supply peptides as lyophilised powders because it increases stability and structural integrity during transit and storage.
What is reconstitution?
Reconstitution is a standard laboratory technique where lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder is dissolved in a suitable solvent to create a liquid solution for analytical testing. This is a common practice in research laboratories when working with peptide reference standards. Solatide Biosciences does not provide reconstitution protocols, as our products are supplied strictly for in-vitro research purposes.
Why does the powder in my vial look different from my last order?
Variations in visual appearance of lyophilised powder are normal and do not affect mass or quality. Depending on the vacuum sealing process and transit movement, the compound may appear as a solid "puck," loose powder, or thin film coating the glass. The total verified mass remains exactly as stated on the label.
Do vial images, cap colours, or packaging match exactly what I receive?
Product images, vial photographs, and documentation images displayed on the website are representative only. Cap colour, stopper colour, vial shape, label layout, and other cosmetic packaging details may vary by batch, supplier update, or laboratory sample presentation. Customers should rely on the product title, labelled quantity, batch reference, and supplied documentation rather than cosmetic packaging details alone.
How should I store my research compounds?
Before reconstitution (lyophilised powder form), store vials away from direct sunlight. For long-term preservation, store in a laboratory freezer at -20°C. For short-term storage, a laboratory refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C is acceptable. Products are stored and dispatched according to internal handling procedures for research materials. No specific cold-chain, ice-pack, or transit stability assumption should be inferred unless expressly stated for the relevant product or order.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water or diluents?
Yes, we supply laboratory diluents including bacteriostatic water. These are provided strictly as solvents for lyophilised research materials.
Documentation & Quality
Are Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available?
Yes. Selected product-level COAs or laboratory documentation may be available on relevant product pages or via our COA & Lab Testing page. Documentation availability, scope, and format vary by product and by testing cycle.
Do your products undergo manufacturer quality control testing?
Yes. Every production batch undergoes post-manufacturing quality control by the manufacturer before dispatch. This includes HPLC analysis, mass spectrometry, and purity assessment as standard, and may additionally include residual solvent testing, sterility testing, endotoxin testing, amino acid analysis, and other internal release checks depending on the product and batch. These manufacturer QC records are not available for external request.
Do you provide third-party testing verification?
Yes. We are committed to transparency in product quality. Selected products or batches may be supported by independent third-party laboratory documentation from recognised external laboratories. Available reports may include testing from laboratories such as Janoshik, Chromate, and Freedom Diagnostics, depending on the product and batch. Documentation availability and testing scope vary; the presence of one report type should not be interpreted as confirmation that every possible test panel was performed for that batch.
Can I request batch or lot documentation before my order is dispatched?
Exact batch- or lot-linked documentation is not guaranteed to be available prior to dispatch. Where documentation is provided, it is provided in the format published on our website or otherwise released through our standard documentation process.
Can I arrange independent testing of my order?
Yes. Customers may arrange independent third-party testing at their own cost. Any testing arranged by the customer is the customer's responsibility, including laboratory selection, handling, and chain-of-custody after delivery.
How can I request documentation or testing information?
Available product-level documentation can be accessed through relevant product pages or our COA & Lab Testing resources. Please note that batch-linked documentation beyond what is published may not be available.
Orders & Shipping
Where are orders dispatched from?
Orders are dispatched from our dispatch facility.
How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Tracking information is provided after dispatch is confirmed.
How do I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are sent by email once dispatch has been confirmed.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, contact support through Telegram or email and include your order details so we can assist.
How long do I have to complete payment after placing an order?
Orders placed using manual payment methods (PayID or bank transfer) must be paid within 15 minutes of order placement. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled and items returned to stock.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, including free express shipping on all orders over $300 AUD. Orders under $300 AUD have shipping costs calculated at checkout. Products are carefully packaged with impact protection for glass vials during transit.
Will the compound degrade during shipping without cold packs?
No. Lyophilised compounds are highly stable and designed to withstand standard ambient temperatures during transit. While long-term storage requires cold temperatures, the brief duration of standard shipping will not degrade the molecular integrity of lyophilised powder. No specific cold-chain, ice-pack, or transit stability assumption should be inferred unless expressly stated for the relevant product or order.
How do restock alerts work?
You can subscribe for restock alerts by email or join the Telegram channel for important product and availability updates.
Refunds & Returns
Can I return a product if I change my mind or ordered the wrong item?
No. Due to the sensitive nature of lyophilised research compounds, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse. Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer verify its environmental exposure or structural integrity. All sales of laboratory reagents are final, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws and any other applicable non-excludable law.
What do I do if my vials arrive damaged?
If your order suffers physical transit damage (compromised glass vials), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence showing both the damaged product and shipping packaging. Once verified, we will arrange your choice of full replacement or full refund. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Will I get a refund if my package is seized by customs?
No. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that purchase, importation, and possession of research compounds comply with local, state, and national laws. We will not issue refunds for orders delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities, except where required by applicable law.
My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. Will you refund me?
If tracking indicates successful delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check with neighbours or your local post office first. We are not liable for stolen packages or incorrect delivery addresses, but we will investigate with the courier to help locate missing parcels.
